History of Faithwalk

June of 2003

Pastor Dexter K. Ball and his wife Shaunna L. Ball were impregnated with a vision to start a Church in the area. They began praying with a small group of believers a couple times a week for God’s direction of establishing a Church.

November of 2003

Faithwalk Harvest Center was originated after Pastor Dexter K. Ball along with his wife Shaunna L. Ball heard from God about establishing a Church several years prior. The Church began by having Bible studies in their home and in the community room of EFS Bank now known as MidAmerica Bank located in Carpentersville, IL.

January of 2004

Pastor Ball and his wife and the small congregation began praying for a permanent location to hold not only their Bible studies but also their Sunday morning worship services.

Faithwalk was designed to reach and change the lives of all God’s people.

March of 2004

EFS Bank allowed us to utilize their facility not only for our Wednesday Evening Bible studies but also Sunday Morning worship services in their community room located in the lower level of the bank.

Faithwalk held their first Sunday Morning worship service and has been moving forward ever since. It experienced much growth in the lives of God’s people in areas of reconciliation, revival and restoration through the love and power of God. Souls are being added to the Church daily such as are saved.
