No matter who you are, chances are an usher or a greeter will be the first person you see when you arrive. We want you to know that your presence in worship is our reason for serving and we are glad that you are here. At Faithwalk we believe that the Ushers and Greeters are frontline ministries and we make every effort to assure that our frontline is fortified with the Love of God! We are to serve with humility and the love of
Jesus Christ…to all who cross our paths.

Greeters and ushers serve visitors, guests, and church family alike, helping each person to find a place that meets their needs, offering a program, a friendly handshake, and a warm welcome. Our purpose is to serve those in attendance and to exemplify the fruit of the Spirit to everyone that enters our doors. We are to serve with humility and the love of Jesus Christ…to all who cross our paths.

As you come thru the doors of Faithwalk Harvest Center, our greeters and ushers are there with a bright smile, a spirit filled body and a hug. We will never lose the love and smile God gave us because GOD IS LOVE and we are HIS! In order to draw people to Christ it is imperative we welcome them with open arms.

 

Jesus in Mark 10:45, “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” NIV

 

Our Ushers and Greeters will assist you in the most positive worship experience at our church. They serve as representatives of Christ in their service to all who pass through our doors. The powerful display of love and Christian friendship allows us to meet the needs of the people and minister to them right where they are.

We have been blessed with many willing servants that consistently display the attitude of Christ. Our prayer is that we have successfully ushered you into the presence of GOD.

Our Goal is to build warm and nurturing Christ centered relationships through the Word of God in a warm and loving atmosphere. Members of the Marriage Ministry enjoy Fellowships every 6-8 weeks, where we discuss topics that affect every marriage.

Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken
