Corporate Fast 2026 

Corporate prayer times during the fast will be 5:00am, 12;00pm and 6:00pm
daily at the church.

“Moreover, when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with a sad
countenance. For they disfigure their faces that they may appear to men to
be fasting. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when
you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you do not appear to
men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in the secret place; and your
Father who sees in secret will reward you openly” (Matthew 6:16-18).
Our Corporate Fast will be Monday, January 5th – Friday, January 9th. We are
asking you to join in with us in this consecration time as we believe God for
continual direction and insight according to His divine will. During this fast
we ask that you align yourself with the will and purposes of God corporately
as we seek God as ONE body. Let’s believe God in what The Word of the
Lord is for this year: “Serving the God of Covenant and Mercy Forever!”
“Therefore, know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who
keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love
Him and keep His commandments” (Deuteronomy 7:9, NKJV).
I.
PURPOSE OF THIS FAST
• To reaffirm our connection and covenant position as Spirit-filled heirs and
children of God. Any other illegal covenants and agreements are
disannulled, dismantled and destroyed.
“For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus”
(Galatians 3:26, NKJV).
“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God”
(Romans 8:14, NKJV).
• To pray for the Body of Christ, that God will increase His anointing and
endow her with an increased measure of power to fulfill His will on earth.
“And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build
My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it”
(Matthew 16:18, NKJV).
• We are praying for the saving of souls and the preparation, equipping and
training of a new generation (type of people) who are confident, fearless
and unashamed.
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God
To salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for
The Greek” (Romans 1:16, NKJV).
“Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me
His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel
according to the power of God” (II Timothy 1:8, NKJV).
• We believe that all burdens and yokes be lifted and destroyed. This
includes yokes of bondage, sickness, poverty, lack, depression,
oppression, and all others that oppose the will of God.
“Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you
break every yoke? Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, And that
you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; When you see the
naked, that you cover him, And not hide yourself from your own flesh?”
(Isaiah 58:6-7, NKJV).
• We declare a fresh new mindset filled with the eternal possibilities of God.
We expect to hear from God regarding the vision and plans for our lives
with clear direction moving forward. Our hearts and minds are open to
visions, dreams and fresh revelations.
‘Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it
plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for
an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not
tarry” (Habakkuk 2:2-3, NKJV).
• To pray for our nation and nations around the world and its officials and
leaders. This includes local, regional, state officials and leaders up to the
highest levels of national and world influence. Our prayer is for
government, marketplace, education, and religious leaders throughout the
world to lead under the Hand of God. We are standing in agreement for
Spirit-led direction and hearts that are open to the Word, Ways and Justice
of God.
‘Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions,
and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in
authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness
and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our
Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of
the truth” (I Timothy 2:1-4, NKJV).
